rowCall

Where would we be without Google Drive add-ons? If you do not know what an addon is, now is the time to learn. Add-ons are within Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms individually, and allow you to do more with each tool.

My new favorite add-on is in Google Sheets: rowCall

rowCall looks through a column and sorts any row with the same content into a new sheet with that’s content name.  You can set it to separate any new entries into corresponding sheets automatically. Also, you can continue to use rowCall on sheets created from rowCall to further narrow down data.

My favorite uses so far are after students complete a form I can narrow them down by class, responses, and grade level. Also, I use it with my Genius Bar which uses a Google Forms to sign-in and sign-out every day.
