The Kami extension in Google Chrome is quickly becoming one of my favorite tools.
Kami allows you to annotate PDFs, documents, and images.

The tool can be utilized across subject areas with annotating and highlighting in English to showing your work in math class.
It is fantastic to give digital notes and tests to students with an IEP. It also works well with Read & Write’s screenshot reader.
I use the free version but can see the benefit of the paid tools with continous use.
